My passion for (Gen)AI and technology extends beyond academia and profession, becoming a core part of my identity.
Starting from a deep curiosity sparked by Yuval Noah Harari’s ‘Homo Deus‘, I’ve been fascinated by the intersection of technology and human experience. This book was a turning point for me, leading me to explore the tech world more deeply.
Transitioning from my work in international economic development, I ventured into the tech industry, initially by consulting startups and tech companies in Berlin. My journey in this new field quickly escalated to co-founding a series of ventures – a software development house, an AI-focused agency, and eventually an AI startup in the US. Each of these founding experience was a unique adventure, filled with challenges that taught me invaluable lessons about innovation, leadership, and resilience.
Parallel to my entrepreneurial journey, I recently furthered my academic pursue at Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, focusing on philosophy, particularly its interplay with AI. This path aimed to deepen my understanding of how AI technology impacts human thought and behavior.
In this journey, I’ve encountered a mix of successes and failures, each teaching me something new and essential about the tech world and about myself. It’s this combination of professional experiences and personal exploration that shapes my approach to AI. That’s why you will find on this website a blend of practical, strategic aspects and a deep philosophical analysis of AI.
Currently, I’m deeply engaged in exploring Large Language Models and multimodal generative AI, focusing on developing and implementing GenAI strategies for organizations. These endeavors are more than mere technological experiments; they are explorations into self-knowledge and improvement, at the intersection of AI, philosophy, and psychology.
I am sharing my experience and thoughts on my blog. I would be happy to have a chat with you if you share any of my interests!
